Code of Conduct

The Tribe of Mentors Club is committed to providing a welcoming, supportive, and professional environment for all members. This Code of Conduct outlines our expectations for participant behavior as well as the consequences for unacceptable behavior.

1. Our Standards

We expect all members of the Tribe of Mentors Club to:

  • Be Respectful: Treat all members with respect, dignity, and professional courtesy, regardless of their background, experience level, or perspective.
  • Be Inclusive: Welcome and support members of all backgrounds and identities, including but not limited to members of any race, ethnicity, culture, national origin, color, immigration status, social and economic class, educational level, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity and expression, age, size, family status, political belief, religion, and mental and physical ability.
  • Be Collaborative: Work together to advance the goals of the community and support fellow mentors in their professional development.
  • Be Mindful: Consider how your words and actions may affect others in the community.
  • Be Professional: Maintain a high standard of professional conduct in all interactions within the community.

2. Unacceptable Behavior

The following behaviors are considered unacceptable within our community:

  • Harassment, intimidation, or discrimination in any form
  • Verbal, written, or physical abuse
  • Unwelcome sexual attention or advances
  • Deliberate intimidation, stalking, or following
  • Disruptive behavior during community events or discussions
  • Inappropriate use of community resources or platforms
  • Advocating for or encouraging any of the above behaviors
  • Any other conduct that could reasonably be considered inappropriate in a professional setting

3. Consequences of Unacceptable Behavior

Unacceptable behavior will not be tolerated. Anyone asked to stop unacceptable behavior is expected to comply immediately. If a community member engages in unacceptable behavior, we may take any appropriate action, including:

  • Issuing a verbal or written warning
  • Temporary suspension from community activities
  • Permanent expulsion from the community
  • Other actions deemed appropriate by the community administrators

4. Reporting Guidelines

If you experience or witness unacceptable behavior, or have any other concerns, please notify a community administrator as soon as possible by emailing conduct@wilglobo.com. All reports will be handled with discretion and confidentiality.

When reporting an incident, please include:

  • Your contact information
  • Names of any individuals involved
  • Description of the incident
  • Date, time, and location of the incident
  • Any additional information that may be helpful

5. Addressing Grievances

If you feel you have been falsely or unfairly accused of violating this Code of Conduct, you should notify the community administrators with a concise description of your grievance. Your grievance will be handled in accordance with our existing governance policies.

6. Scope

This Code of Conduct applies to all community spaces, including our website, forums, social media channels, and in-person events, as well as in one-on-one communications pertaining to community business.
